Shape and deliver a scalable dealer acquisition and partnership strategy, combining data, technology, and strong commercial execution to drive sustainable growth. The Head of Sales will own our dealer sales strategy end-to-end, leading the sales team, driving commercial performance, building strong partner relationships, and ensuring sustainable, profitable growth. Define and execute Zopa’s dealer growth strategy, ensuring we scale profitably through efficient, data-led processes while delivering excellent customer and partner outcomes. Lead, coach, and grow the Auto Sales team, fostering a high-performance and data-driven culture, that embraces tools, automation and continuous improvement while defining the organisational structure to deliver the overarching sales strategy. Build and refine dealer acquisition and account management frameworks, creating scalable playbooks to drive loan volume, conversion, and profitability.
