Market Manager, West Virginia

Market Managers are project managers and leaders in their markets who ensure practices are hitting quality and savings targets. Managers work in close collaboration with their MP/ED to ensure strategic goals are set and implemented through PTS engagement. Primary duties involves assisting ED/MP on market strategy implementation as well as managing practice transformation priorities aligned to and codified in ACO strategic plans and practice transformation plans (PTPs). Regular practice calls and visits are expected. The role involves staff management, assisting in new staff training, establishing goals, reviewing KPIs with each member of their respective PTS team, and ensuring steps are taken to support the professional development of PTS. Thought leadership and feedback will be provided to help Aledade to improve and innovate. Minimum qualifications include experience with value-based care concepts and practice management.
