- Serve as the primary point of contact between Immunefi and its community of ethical hackers and platform users.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement, handle support queries, and ensure security researchers have the resources they need to succeed.
- Focus on managing Immunefi's presence on Discord, handling Zendesk support tickets, and keeping the community informed and engaged.
What You Will Champion:
- Own and moderate the Immunefi Discord server, responding to queries and creating engaging content like tutorials and announcements.
- Manage Zendesk support queues, triaging, prioritizing, and responding to queries while maintaining support documentation.
- Define community engagement goals, monitor metrics, collect feedback, and report insights to management.
- Develop initiatives to attract new ethical hackers and work with marketing to promote Immunefi's programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience managing online communities in the crypto/Web3 space with hands-on Discord management.
- Experience managing support queues with Zendesk or a similar platform and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with excellent organizational skills and familiarity with analytics tools like Looker Studio.
