Strategic Finance

Medely is looking for a highly motivated strategic finance professional to join the Finance team. In this role, you’ll help maximize Medely’s long-term value by forecasting, analyzing, and influencing revenue performance and growth strategy. The role reports to the Director, Strategic Finance and will have high exposure to the CFO and leaders across Medely. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, takes initiative, and brings a blend of strategic business acumen and high-quality execution. Drive revenue forecasting, budgeting, and target-setting processes in support of long-range planning, annual operating plans, and interim forecasts. Collaborate across teams to identify opportunities, conduct in-depth financial analyses, and translate data into actionable insights that drive profitable growth. Develop a deep understanding of our business and industry to inform strategic decisions, with a focus on customer behavior, unit economics, and LTV / CAC. Refine existing and establish new KPIs and reporting that unlock enhanced visibility into performance.
