Role Overview:
- Set enterprise UAS standards across 250+ Quanta operating companies with drone programs.
- Execute audits, design training, and manage vendor compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Define and maintain operating standards including SOPs and regulatory compliance.
- Lead enterprise audit program covering 70+ companies.
- Own training program design and SMS incident investigations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Safety, Aviation, Engineering or equivalent experience.
- FAA Part 107 certification and 5+ years in aviation/utility standards.
- Experience with field audits (SMS, ISNetworld, Avetta) and strong technical writing skills.
