About the Role:
- You will lead regional flight operations support teams, optimizing workforce performance and ensuring operational excellence.
- This remote role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative drone delivery solutions in a fast-growing technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Flight Operations Support Coordinators, setting expectations and coaching for success.
- Oversee vendor relationships, workforce planning, and administrative processes such as timesheets and expense reports.
- Maintain governance of operational systems, develop SOPs, and ensure safety compliance across all activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed teams and complex operational environments.
- Minimum 5 years in aviation operations or logistics, including at least 2 years in commercial drone operations with Part 107/135 knowledge.
- Active Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when needed.
