What you'll be doing:
- Lead and evolve the Field Services organization, including internal teams and third-party vendors, to deliver consistent service across the U.S. and Canada.
- Oversee Command Center operations for real-time monitoring, incident response, and service continuity.
- Direct Fleet Management strategy, optimizing asset utilization and lifecycle planning.

- Strong command of operational strategy, financial acumen, and performance management.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and driving service excellence.
Where you'll be working:
- This is a remote role with flexibility to work from home full-time.
- Regular check-ins and team meetings via virtual platforms.
- Requires up to 50% travel across North America.
