About the Role:

- Partner with senior leadership to implement strategy and ensure execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and support Field Services strategy to align with business objectives.
- Implement scalable service delivery models and best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Field Services managers and team members.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management; 10+ years of progressive field services experience.
- RCDD or DCDC certification required; strong expertise in IT infrastructure and network solutions.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience; ability to travel 30-40%.
