Regional Service Manager (South East)

Job Summary:

• Lead the regional field service operation across South East England.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of EV charging installation, maintenance, and repair services.
• Achieve regional operational and commercial objectives while supporting the growth of the EV charging network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior and Field Service Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of service delivery, operational performance, revenue, and margin targets.
• Manage budgets, resources, and customer relationships, acting as the key point of contact for service performance and escalations.

What We're Looking For:

• Engineering or technical background with experience leading field-based engineering or service teams.
• Strong people leadership, customer relationship management, and operational KPI management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and right to live and work in the UK.
