- Lead and coach a pod of 5–6 multi-level professionals including BDMs and CarePartner Specialists.
- Drive performance management, career growth, and daily tactical guidance for the team.
- Model excellence by directly managing high-complexity strategic partnerships.
Operational Excellence:
- Eliminate process islands by enforcing strict documentation and scalable SOPs.
- Ensure market launches and CarePartner relationships follow consistent, repeatable processes.
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex negotiations and service-level gaps.
Strategic Alignment:
- Partner with Revenue and Sales Ops to align supply acquisition with district demand.
- Use supply-side metrics and data tools to identify gaps and forecast needs.
- Represent the Specialty Transportation division in cross-functional leadership meetings.
