Program Lead

Role Overview:

• You are an operator who can drop into unfamiliar problems with a client waiting and return with a plan that holds.
• You thrive in early-stage marketplace environments where neither side exists yet and you have to build both.
• You are AI-native: more time with agents than people, automation before hiring, systems that scale.

What You'll Do:

• Act as product manager for the platform team, using field evidence to decide what gets built next.
• Go at whichever blocker is in front of you: a spec, a tooling gap, a person, a partner, or an incentive.
• Build leverage through agents, automation, and playbooks so each new program costs less and eventually runs itself.

What We're Looking For:

• Former founders or early-stage startup hires with operating experience, not just advisory.
• Structured problem solving under pressure: first principles, then a plan others can act on.
• Credible with a research lead and a shift supervisor alike; bonus for exposure to AI labs or training data.
