Responsibilities:
- Lead and support proposal and SOQ development for Power & Energy pursuits.
- Support capture planning for pursuits ranging from mid-sized to large-scale contracts.
- Collaborate closely with Power & Energy leadership to align messaging with strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3–6+ years of proposal or marketing experience within AEC, engineering, or professional services.
- Direct experience supporting proposals for electric utilities, transmission and distribution, substations or generation, and renewable energy.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
