THE ROLE:
- The Facilities Manager plays a key role in new center development and ongoing facility operations across the national portfolio.
- This role collaborates across regions and manages utility setup.
- Partners with cross-functional teams on facility-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate utility setup, payments, and reporting following the execution of new leases.
- Partner with local market teams to support timely, successful center openings, including resolving punch list items.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities with technicians, vendors, contractors, and field teams; track work orders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facilities coordination or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and facilities management software.
