What You'll Do:

  • Work on B2 APIs and subsystems for object upload, lifecycle management, and usage tracking.
  • Build new features, improve scalability, and create internal observability tooling.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain B2 and S3-compatible APIs for correctness, performance, and backward compatibility.
  • Lead technical design discussions and produce clear design docs.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to determine root causes and drive reliability improvements.

The Right Fit:

  • 7+ years of server-side Java with strong algorithms and data structures.
  • Experience with large scale distributed systems and proactive remote communication.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Gemini, Cursor, Claude Code).
