Team Leadership: Manage a pod of at least 5 account executives, construct a fun, high-energy environment, motivate team members to exceed customer expectations. Coaching and Training: Coach, train, and support reps in closing deals, serve as a player-coach on calls, and monitor adherence to sales policies. Strategic Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, assess sales performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
