Accountabilities:
- Review site plans, specifications, and property photos to determine landscaping and maintenance requirements.
- Develop detailed cost estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, and timelines.
- Convert quote requests into clear proposals with a 72-hour turnaround.
Requirements:
- 3+ years hands-on experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or landscape architecture.
- Strong ability to interpret site plans and translate them into cost requirements.
- Professional English and ability to work US business hours.
Benefits:
- Base compensation of $1,250 USD per month.
- Performance-based compensation up to $2,000+ USD per month additional.
