Job Description
The objective of the Account Executive is simple - to bring new business to BambooHR. As an Account Executive, you'll be working closely with prospective clients to introduce them to the BambooHR platform. By cultivating nurturing relationships with HR professionals, department leaders, and executive leaders such as CEOs, youβll have the opportunity to help others flourish and set people free to do great work. Youβll achieve this by showcasing the potential ROI BambooHR can provide for their businesses, converting prospective clients into new clients.
Identify and qualify other SMB prospects by phone and email. Manage leads sent over from the SDR team with large Pipeline Coverage and responsible for the entire pipeline. Contact white-paper leads (marketing qualified leads). Sales are conducted via web conference and phone. BambooHR is integrating AI into solutions and workflows to enhance efficiency and drive innovation.
