Role Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently answer and route all incoming phone calls through the main bank number, handling basic account inquiries.
  • Provide professional, customer-obsessed service to make all callers feel well taken care of from the first impression.
  • Prevent call backlogs and voicemails by maintaining quick call times and smooth call flow.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to social, economic, environmental, and racial justice in all interactions.
  • Understand and adhere to established Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance department to question and investigate suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.
