Responsibilities:
- Define Consumer AI Strategy: Partner with Product and Executive Leadership to identify the highest-value AI opportunities.
- Build AI Capabilities: Establish teams, operating models, and technical foundations for scaling AI experiences.
- Deliver Trustworthy AI Products: Ensure AI-powered experiences are secure, reliable, privacy-preserving, and aligned with customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years software engineering experience with 5+ years leading large engineering organizations.
- Experience leading AI-powered product initiatives in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of modern AI systems, product development, and organizational leadership.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary between $272,000 USD and $408,000 USD for US-based roles.
