Senior Implementation Manager

As a Senior Implementation Manager at Drata, you’ll lead complex, strategic customer implementations that set the standard for excellence in trust, compliance, and security automation. You’ll partner with global organizations to drive meaningful outcomes during the most critical phase of their journey with Drata—ensuring rapid time-to-value, adoption, and long-term success. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, a mentor to peers, and a key contributor to the evolution of Drata’s implementation methodology. You’ll bring a blend of technical acumen, project leadership, and business understanding to help customers achieve their compliance goals. A primary focus will be leading end-to-end delivery for Drata’s largest and most complex enterprise customers, defining success plans, managing milestones, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
