The Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for Merchant Acquisition, developing sales strategies and identifying business growth opportunities. Responsibilities include engaging in business development activities, soliciting new business, and acquiring customers by selling the bank’s products and services. The role involves cross-selling bank products, actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. The candidate will create marketing strategies to achieve sales targets, conduct daily meetings with the sales team, Implementing best practices to meet customers’ needs and requirements and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
