Key Responsibilities:

- Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) to embed AI-first workflows into daily development.
- Lead efforts to ensure software quality, scalability, and robustness across distributed systems.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience building highly available, high-performance distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Kotlin, React, and AWS.
- Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design and agentic tooling for codebase structuring.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay range of $200,000–$245,000 USD per year, plus equity for all employees.
- Some roles are eligible for annual bonuses or commissions (details shared during process).
