Swahili Language Linguist & Original Puzzle Designer

About the Role:

• We are recruiting highly skilled linguists and creative thinkers for an exclusive content development project.
• Your goal is to evaluate and push the boundaries of advanced linguistic and reasoning capabilities by creating original, highly complex reasoning puzzles in Swahili.
• These puzzles must be solvable by a smart, educated native speaker, but resistant to standard automated solving techniques or web searches.

What You'll Create:

• Linguistic Reasoning puzzles based on complex grammar rules, syntactic structures, or linguistic ambiguities unique to Swahili.
• Cultural Reasoning logic puzzles grounded in deep cultural context, local traditions, or culturally-grounded mathematics.
• Wordplay & Riddles that are advanced, original, and do not exist on the internet or translate word-for-word.

Deliverables per Item:

• Native-Language Prompt: The original puzzle written flawlessly in Swahili.
• Gold Answer, Rationale, English Translation, and Difficulty Rating for project managers to review.
• A logical breakdown of why the answer is correct and how a native speaker arrives at it.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Native-level fluency in Swahili with exceptional writing skills and high proficiency in English.
• Background in Linguistics, Creative Writing, Translation, or Logic/Mathematics.
• Creative and analytical thinkers who understand automated language processing and can design highly resistant prompts.
