Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Director, Talent & Performance to lead the evolution of Game Changers, SIE’s global performance management framework. This role integrates performance with the broader talent ecosystem, ensuring alignment to strategic business outcomes. The Director will lead and evolve Game Changers, focusing on clarity, fairness, and impact across 10,000+ global employees, design performance frameworks, and oversee Workday optimization for performance, feedback, and talent review processes. Responsibilities include collaborating with L&D, Rewards, HRBPs, and business leaders to build scalable performance enablement resources, applying behavioral science and data insights, and ensuring alignment with SIE’s values and leadership behaviors. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in Talent Management, Performance, or Organizational Development roles, fluency with Workday HCM, and the ability to influence senior leaders.
