New Engineering Manager, Payments

Who you are:

• You have experience leading SaaS web application engineering teams and are comfortable with financially oriented systems.
• You have meaningful experience with payments, billing, or fintech domains and tools like Stripe or Recurly.
• You communicate clearly, reason well through tradeoffs, and help teams deliver high-quality outcomes.

Your impact:

• You will lead the Payments engineering team in delivering reliable web application experiences.
• You will partner with Product and Engineering leadership to prioritize roadmap work tied to payments and billing.
• You will develop and mentor engineers through regular 1:1s and performance conversations.

Your experience:

• You have 2-3+ years of experience leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager.
• You have experience with web application engineering in a SaaS environment and with payment processing platforms.
• You have a strong track record of attracting, developing, and retaining engineering talent.
