About the Role:
- Lead both Growth 1 and Growth 2 engineering squads with a shared growth mission.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Product, Design, Data, and Engineering Leadership.
- Optimize engineering execution by removing bottlenecks and sequencing work effectively.

- Deep experience with experimentation, analytics, and product-led growth.
- Strong people management skills and a commitment to engineering excellence.
