Job Description
As an Onboarding Expert, you’ll be the first real human our healthcare professionals (HCPs) connect with after signing up. You’ll guide them, cheer them on, solve blockers, and help them take their first step to making a difference. You'll make ~75 outbound welcome calls daily to new professionals who signed up the day before, host ~7 15-minute onboarding consultations (pre-booked by professionals), and send follow-up emails and texts to answer questions. You'll also respond to inbound messages and support tickets and keep clear documentation of all interactions to ensure no one is left behind.
