Job Description
As a Full-Time Product Support Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for all public-facing requests, ensuring accountability and exceptional service to the community. Your responsibilities include providing end-user support via a Help Desk ticketing system and social channels such as Discord, Reddit, and X. You'll address issues related to the Avalanche platform, products (Core, Interoperability solutions, Explorers), Avalanche L1s, blockchain transactions, and third-party crypto services interacting with the Avalanche Network.
Additionally, you will create and maintain how-to guides and support content to facilitate user self-support; report user feedback and trends to appropriate teams; and collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer support. Testing, documenting, and reporting bugs in Avalanche products is also a key function, along with attending meetings to share user feedback for triage and resolution.
