About the role:
- Lead a 40+ person global consulting team delivering Bidgely's UtilityAI platform.
- Own the services P&L, implementation methodology, and customer outcomes.
About you:
- 15+ years in professional services with a track record of scaling delivery teams.
- Strong executive presence and experience managing multi-level organizations.
- Deep expertise in enterprise software implementations and AI-driven transformation.
About the offer:
- Base salary $220,000-$250,000, plus bonus and equity.
