Job Description
At Atlan, we're building the future of data collaboration, and we need a People Ops Coordinator to help us scale. You’ll be the operational backbone of the People team, coordinating employee lifecycle processes and maintaining HR data. You'll work mid-shift hours to collaborate with global teams, bringing empathy and rigor to every touchpoint. You will own backend coordination of onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes across global regions and identify process glitches. The company expects you to experiment and build with AI tools. While remote-first, Bangalore is preferred for in-person collaboration.
