E-commerce Account Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team! If you have a passion for building strong relationships, driving customer success, and creating meaningful partnerships, we want to hear from you. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You’ll oversee client accounts, manage day-to-day communications, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. This is a fully remote position, but you should be available for client calls and meetings during EST working hours or night shift in PH.
