Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues and service calls related to building automation systems.
Deliver effective and professional technical support to clients, technicians, and partners.
Monitor building automation systems remotely and proactively intervene when abnormal conditions are detected.

Qualifications:

College diploma in Building Automation, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of building automation systems such as Strato, Reliable, Alerton, or equivalent.
