Job Description
This role uniquely combines HR Business Partner responsibilities with Talent Acquisition leadership, ensuring alignment between workforce planning, organizational development, and recruitment strategies. The VP will drive initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture across our global operations. This role reports to the Chief People Officer. The location preference for this role is remote within the United States.
Responsibilities include strategic HR Leadership, Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering and Team Leadership. The VP will partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and oversee HR operations, compliance, and employee relations across multiple countries. The VP will also lead global recruiting efforts to attract top talent for technical, commercial, and leadership roles. The VP will manage and mentor a team of 15 HR professionals, fostering collaboration and growth.
Qualifications include 10+ years of People/HR management experience, including managing managers and distributed/global teams. Experience aligning teams with global processes and corporate priorities and demonstrated success leading highly successful diverse global team. Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders is needed.
