Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and update complex process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures for Employee Relations and Transitions
  • Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across ER&T, then run discovery, testing, and rollout plans to move from pilot to scaled adoption
  • Drive continuous improvement through a structured lessons learned practice, translating recurring case patterns into process and tooling changes
