Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements for India and APAC, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Handle shared inboxes, helpdesk queues, and Slack-based requests, meeting SLAs and response standards.
  • Provide first-level traveler support during disruptions, including changes, cancellations, and rebookings.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years experience in corporate travel or TMC roles.
  • Strong knowledge of India domestic travel and APAC coordination.
  • Experience with Egencia, Coupa, or similar travel and expense tools.
