Client Success Intern

Responsibilities:

• Engage with Client Success and Security Operations teams to understand daily activities supporting the BlackCloak mission.
• Observe the BlackCloak team as they enhance clients’ cybersecurity posture on devices, home networks and personal information.
• Work with Client Success and CyberSecurity teams on the development and maintenance of internal policies and procedures.

Tasks:

• Work with the Client Success team, as a note-taker, for client onboardings and follow-up sessions.
• Work with the Education Coordinator to develop educational guides for employees, clients and prospects.
• Work with the CyberSecurity team and observe actions performed as it relates to penetration testing and malware forensics.

Requirements:

• Full-time undergraduate/graduate student in good academic standing or recent graduate (within 1 year).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and work in a fully-remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
