Personal Injury Legal Assistant

Your Role:

• Conduct introductory calls and maintain long-term client communication via email, text, and phone.
• Draft and send letters of representation, negotiate claims and liens with insurance companies.
• Utilize Filevine for precise case tracking with timely updates.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of personal injury legal support experience with strong Filevine proficiency.
• Familiarity with Washington state personal injury law, including PIP agreements and lien processes.
• Confident, empathetic communicator able to manage frequent client interactions.
