Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for injured clients.
- Coordinate medical treatment and provider follow-up.
- Manage property damage and insurance communications.
Performance Expectations:
- Independently manage high-volume pre-litigation caseload.
- Meet productivity, responsiveness, and quality KPIs.
- Maintain complete and accurate case documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation case management.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience with legal case management software.
