Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary client contact for personal injury cases from intake through treatment and case readiness.
- Coordinate medical treatment, insurance claims, property damage, and case progression with high-volume caseload management.
- Document all interactions accurately and escalate cases requiring attorney review.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in personal injury intake, case management, or high-volume call center environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, high-volume personal injury intake setting with collaborative team culture.
- Requires professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness to clients in stressful situations.
- Full-time remote position with 40-hour workweek, including occasional weekend day.
