Role Overview:
- This is a fully remote Virtual Assistant position as an independent contractor.
- Full-time availability of 40 hours per week with two days off required; one weekend day may be included.
- Compensation is up to USD $1,000 per month based on experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in plaintiff personal injury law firms, medical offices, or legal intake support.
- Strong written and spoken English with professional Spanish fluency.
- Familiarity with CRM or case management systems like Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, or Clio.
Equipment Requirements:
- Computer: Windows 10 with Intel i5 (8th Gen+) or 2GHz/8 cores, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD; or macOS 11+ with Apple M1 or Intel i5, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD.
- Internet: Wired Ethernet preferred, 30 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload, latency under 100ms.
- Additional: USB noise-cancelling headset and webcam for daily meetings.
