What you’ll do:

  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, email inboxes, scheduling, task prioritization, and administrative follow-up for Jon Hawk.
  • Client Intake: Answer, screen, and route approximately 10–20 incoming calls per day, conduct initial client intake.
  • Clio Management: Assist with data entry, case management, document template creation, and workflow automation in Clio.

What we’re looking for:

  • Legal Experience: 2–3+ years supporting attorneys in a U.S.-based law firm, particularly in personal injury.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Clio, Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, and document automation workflows.
  • Communication Skills: Native or near-native English with excellent phone presence and written communication.
