Role Scope:
- Own product strategy and roadmap for strategic technology applications including TalkDesk, Salesforce, and Epic.
- Translate clinical and operational needs into prioritized backlogs and define success metrics.
Delivery & Execution:
- Run discovery with stakeholders, partner with analysts and vendors to deliver configuration changes and new features.
- Lead or co-lead implementations for new PACE center launches, building repeatable playbooks.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and serve as a trusted product partner for clinical and operational teams.
- Evaluate new solutions and support build-vs-buy assessments.
Adoption & Change Management:
- Partner with training resources to design rollout plans and track adoption metrics.
- Own change management for major releases and maintain clear product documentation.
