Job Description
Run full-cycle recruitment for complex, high-scale projects. Partner directly with clients and internal leaders on hiring needs. Mentor and support Talent Partners to boost team performance. Manage pipelines, workflows, and reporting with precision. Represent Exadel externally as the voice of our talent brand. Improve recruitment processes and talent marketing initiatives. The candidate must have 4+ years in IT recruitment, ideally in international or scaling environments and experience mentoring or leading recruiters and managing multiple projects. Excellent communication and confident client-facing presence is required. Deep understanding of tech roles and talent markets along with strong organization and analytical mindset also required. Fluent in English is a plus.
