Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an IS/IT Project Manager.
Proven track record delivering IAM or identity governance projects (workforce IAM required, CIAM experience strongly preferred).
Working expertise in core IAM technologies and concepts – SSO, identity federation, Entra ID (Azure AD), JML workflows, access reviews, and least-privilege access models.

Project Management:

Demonstrated experience managing projects spanning IT infrastructure, ERP/Non-ERP systems, and SecOps.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align disparate business/IT priorities.
PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent formal project management qualification.

Compliance:

Understanding of access governance audit requirements, data privacy principles, and security risk management related to identity and access.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field
