Job Description
This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and people, driving advanced, research-driven analytics and scenario modeling to generate actionable insights and inform workforce strategies. You will design and implement robust assessments and forecasting analyses to support AI & skills-based workforce transformation agendas.
Collaborate closely with partners across the People Team, Finance, Operations, and Business leaders, serving as a thought partner to influence and advance workforce strategy initiatives. Conduct exploratory analytics and synthesize complex data sources into clear recommendations.
Monitor external workforce trends and partner with the People Data Solutions & AI team to develop internal tools to optimize workforce insights.
