Core Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on trading operations, including pre-trade checks, post-trade functions, and settlement.
- Monitor positions, coordinate with traders and portfolio managers, and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations such as Dodd Frank and EMIR.
Client Engagement:
- Develop actionable monthly plans and identify internal roadblocks.
- Provide resources and implement policies, procedures, and control measures.
- Evaluate client progress using KPIs and scoring matrices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years experience at an alternative asset manager or hedge fund.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
