Senior Compliance Officer

Advisory Compliance:

• Serve as the primary compliance expert for trading desk, development, and operations in real time.
• Build and maintain a pre-cleared rules framework to address recurring desk queries.
• Own the algo trading governance framework end-to-end.

Core Compliance:

• Oversee two Compliance Officers responsible for trade surveillance, regulatory filings, and AML/sanctions.
• Manage policies and training programs across all regions.
• Handle new market and product approvals.

Leadership:

• Supervise and develop the compliance team.
• Represent compliance in cross-functional discussions with risk, development, and front office.
• Act as escalation point for non-routine compliance matters.
