- Support Sky Road client trade workflows and templates.
- Support Sky Road client permission and role models.
- Document client trade workflows, trading templates, and permission models.
Onboarding:
- Onboard new client trade workflows and templates.
- Onboard new client funds and fund attributes.
- Coordinate with project managers on client onboarding.
Collaboration:
- Communicate and escalate with the development team on support issues.
- Ensure application layout consistency across all Sky Road clients.
- Work with project management team to understand and document new client workflows.
