Strategic Talent Partnership: Partner with VP-level leaders to manage end-to-end talent strategy, aligning global talent initiatives with business priorities to drive measurable results. Business-Aligned Talent Strategy: Translate business strategy into actionable talent plans, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization. Program Delivery: Define and drive the delivery of talent processes and programs globally, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Organizational Design & Change Management: Lead organizational design efforts and support change management as the company scales and evolves. Executive Coaching & Leadership Development: Improve manager and leadership capabilities through coaching and implementation of targeted development programs. Data-Driven Insights: Use data and analytics to measure success, identify trends, and develop proactive actions that support business objectives.
