Responsibilities:

  • Perform full-cycle recruitment with strong organizational skills and attention to compliance and employment laws.
  • Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, and provide counsel to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Develop and maintain centralized requisition logs, participate in weekly status meetings, and ensure alignment of processes with organizational requirements.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree preferred with 3+ years of fast-paced recruiting experience handling a variety of roles.
  • Experience in financial services/RIA industry is a plus, along with proficiency in recruiting systems like Greenhouse.
  • Must demonstrate strong judgment, prioritization, communication skills, and the ability to operate in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Work Conditions:

  • Flexible remote work schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with expectation for in-person meetings and occasional travel.
  • Professional home office environment with business hours and some early morning or late calls as required.
